​MISSION AND HISTORY
We are a non-profit association formed through the collaboration of companies, NGOs and academic institutions with the purpose of facilitating the job search for mobile employees’ partners, and providing member companies access to a turnkey pool of talent.

WHO WE ARE​
A team of expats volunteers supporting the corporate partners, and forming the IDCN partner committee. The volunteers are represented at board meetings by the current volunteer president.
​OUR HISTORY
Nestle, L’Oreal and AXA working in partnership established IDCN Paris in September 2012.
Since then the Paris network has grown to 19 companies (as at May 2016), with plans to grow the network further. As of today L’Oréal, Nestle, AXA, Danone, Saint-Gobain, Technip, Air Liquide, Essilor, Sanofi, Galderma, LVMH, LaFarge Holcim, BNP Paribas, France Benevolat, Nissan, Solvay, Le Ministère des Affaires étrangères et du Développement international, Total and recently joined OECD, are our member companies. This year, 2016, AXA and Saint Gobain have joined as Global committee members!
Our events are designed to help expat partners network with each other and leading multinational companies, learn about the local job market and facilitate their professional development whilst here in France.
